What happens when the trial ends?
Choose a plan and nothing stops. If you do not, Bountee keeps listening for 14 more days so no lead is lost, but it drafts and sends nothing until you choose.
Does Bountee ever post without me?
No. Every reply is drafted for you to approve, checked against each community's rules, and waits ten seconds with an Undo before it goes out. Autonomy is something you switch on per play, after it has earned it.
What counts as a place?
One community Bountee watches for you: a subreddit, a Telegram or Discord group, a Slack community, a LinkedIn search, a local site, your Yelp or Google listing. Add ten more for $15 a month.
How are Voice Line minutes counted?
By the minute, rounded up per call, only for calls the receptionist answers. 300 minutes are included each month; after that it is $0.20 a minute. The trial includes 30 minutes.
Can I change plans later?
Any time. Upgrades start now and are prorated. A move to a smaller plan starts when the period you paid for ends, and Bountee shows you what changes before it happens.
Will my price go up?
Not while you stay subscribed. If list prices change, you keep the price you signed up at.
Why is LinkedIn not in Solo?
LinkedIn needs a careful, paced account connection and costs us more to run. Solo covers the open communities where most small businesses find customers; Pro adds LinkedIn.
Do you offer Enterprise terms?
Yes, on an annual contract from 25 seats: audit export with a hash chain you can check, autonomy ceilings per team, exclusivity in your niche and a named success manager.
